- 8 cups broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/3 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise salt & pepper
Method
- Cook bacon till crispy let to cool then cut into bits.
- Wash broccoli when dry then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl add the dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, diced red onion, and chopped-up bacon bits along with the broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sugar, and cider vinegar together. Mix well to form a smooth dressing.
- Pour dressing over broccoli and other ingredients & mix well.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Put in the fridge for min 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
