Ingredients

  • 8 cups broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise salt & pepper

Method

  • Cook bacon till crispy let to cool then cut into bits.
  • Wash broccoli when dry then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl add the dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, diced red onion, and chopped-up bacon bits along with the broccoli.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sugar, and cider vinegar together. Mix well to form a smooth dressing.
  • Pour dressing over broccoli and other ingredients & mix well.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Put in the fridge for min 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
