In a bowl combine the prawns with olive oil, cumin, paprika, smoked paprika, chipotle chilli flakes, 2 crushed garlic cloves and a pinch of salt. Set aside and leave to marinade.
To make the mango salsa combine the chopped mango, fresh chilli, finely diced red onion, half the chopped corriander, juice of 1 lime and a large pinch of salt.
To make the smashed avocado simply combine the smashed avocado, 1 crushed garlic clove, the remaining chopped corriander, juice of the other lime, large pinch of salt and the sour cream.
Add the prawns to a frying pan, cook for 2mins each side.
