Cheese on Toast
Easy Grenola

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 100ml Mapel syrup
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 300g Oats
  • 50g Sunflower seeds
  • 35g Seseme seeds
  • 50g Pumpkin seeds
  • 10g Chia seeds
  • 25g Almonds
  • 30g Peacans
  • 35g Walnuts
  • 100g Raisins
  • 50g Desiccated coconut
  • 50g Dark Chocolate

Method

  • Heat oven to 150°C
  • Mix oil, mapel syrup, honey and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Tip in all the ingredients apart from the raisins, coconut and chocolate. Mix together.
  • Put baking sheets on 2 baking trays, spread mixture over them both.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Take trays out and mix and add in the coconut, rasins and chocolate.
  • Bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Set aside to cool and put in an airtight container.
