Add chopped tomatoes, olives, crushed garlic, lemon slices, white wine, oregano, black pepper and salt in a large oven tin. Add a little olive oil and mix well. Roast in the oven for 20mins
Rub the fish with lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Take the large tin out of the oven after 20mins, add a layer of spinach and crumbled feta and dill, mix and place the fish fillets ontop, cooke for 15mins at 180°
