Icing Sugar
Method
Grate the zest of two oranges and one lemon.
Whisk the butter and sugar for five minutes.
Add in the eggs, one at a time, and continue to whisk.
Add in the flour (sifted), and the zest of oranges and lemon. Whisk until combined.
Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and bake for 55 minutes on 160 fan oven.
Once baked, cool in the loaf tin until cool then transfer onto a wire cooling rack.
For the icing, mix the icing sugar with the juice of the two oranges and spread on the top of the loaf. Enjoy!
