Ingredients

  • 120g Plain flour
  • 70g Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 30g Butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 100g Chocolate

Method

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder and a drop of vanilla extract in a bowl.
  • Melt the butter on a low heat in a pan.
  • Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients.
  • Add the egg and milk and stir until combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into a silicone mould and bake on gas mark 4 for 25 minutes.
  • Once the donuts are cool, melt the chocolate and dip the doughnuts in the melted chocolate.
